Ashland Strawberry Faire
Blooms Into its 28th Year

10 AM to 5 PM

The Ashland Strawberry Faire will be here before you know it. Planning for your non-profit organization's participation should be on your agenda. The layout and organization of the exhibitors spread the participants along the streets adjacent to Randolph-Macon College campus in a "street faire" environment. Streets are closed off to allow straight lines of exhibitors to display on Henry Street, College Avenue, Caroline Street, and West Patrick Street. Exhibitors will be able to set up on Friday.

The faire committee has enacted a new fee schedule so please look closely and include the appropriate fees with your application. Please see that the booth sizes have also been modified depending on your activity.

+ Charities, nonprofits, churches not selling or not taking in money of any kind and who are providing information, etc, only - Booths are free - no charge - These will now be 10 x 10 foot spaces.

+Charities, nonprofits, churches, who are selling anything or collecting money and whose organization is doing all of the work (ie, preparing food, etc.) - Booths are now $60.00, an increase of $10.00. Booth spaces are still 10 x 20 foot.

+Charities, nonprofits, churches who are working with a commercial vendor and recieving a percentage of that vendor's profit - the cost of a booth will now be $250.00 to be paid by the vendor. The space will remain 10 x 20 foot.

+All businesses who wish to advertise their product, or have their services exposed at the faire (absolutely no sales) - spaces will be $60.00 and 10 x 10 foot size.

+All business in our local community that are a member in good standing of Market Ashland Partnership (MAP) - spaces are now $60.00 and 10 x 10 foot size and placed in the MAP only section of the Faire.

+Other booth are available for crafts and antiques at the following rates: $60 for a 10' x 10' space, $120 for a 10' x 20', $180 for 10' x 30, $240 for 10' x 40'.
