Craft Vendor Information Letter

Dear Friends:

Another Strawberry Faire is just around the corner and we are looking forward to another Wonderful Fun Filled SUNNY Day. This will be our 27th year!! Can you believer it?

Please remember to check in at the information booth on Saturday June 7, 2008. Pick up your booth display identification number so you will be eligible for prizes for the BEST BOOTH DISPLAY!!!

1ST PRIZE $75.00
2ND PRIZE $50.00
3RD PRIZE $25.00

Each winner will be awarded an engraved plaque .

Please remember you may set-up Friday June 6, 2008 by 10 AM. Have your parking pass clearly displayed to allow early set-up. There will be security guards on duty. Be sure you are ready to sell by 9 AM on Saturday (Faire starts officially at 10 AM) and do not start breaking down until 5 PM. If we notice vendors breaking down early, you will not be accepted for next year's Faire.

See you Saturday, June 7, 2008 on the streets of Ashland in beautiful SUNNY downtown Ashland, “The Center of the Universe”.
