Ashland Strawberry Faire
Blooms Into its 28th Year

10 AM to 5 PM
Changes in the layout and organization of the exhibitors will again spread the participants along the streets adjacent to Randolph-Macon College campus in a "street faire" environment. Streets will beclosed off to allow straight lines of exhibitors to display on Henry Street, College Avenue, Caroline Street and West Patrick Street.
This year's booth space fee will be $60.00. The deadline for exhibitors is April 15, 2008. Booth spaces remain 10 x 10 foot. Tents will need to be anchored with buckets of sand, cement, or cement blocks.
Vendors can start setting up Friday, June 6, 2008 at 10AM. All access streets will be closed to Faire Site by 9 AM on Saturday, so it is VERY important you are set-up and ready to SELL before that time. The Faire will end at 5 PM and street access will re-open to general public by 6 PM. Please pack your booths up and place all your items on the curb for easy pick-up. Drive your vehicles to the curb to pick-up. Place all your trash in the bins provided, please do not leave trash at your booth site. Boy Scouts will be there in the morning and evening to help you at no charge to you. Any suggestions you have to improve our Faire in any way, please leave contact me.
