CRAFT CONTRACT

The Ashland Strawberry Faire wishes to invite you to apply to it’s 27th annual Faire on Saturday, June 7, 2008 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Faire will be held on the “streets” surrounding the campus of Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia: “The Center of the Universe”.

1. All space assignments are al least 10X10 and are marked stake to stake.

2. This is an outdoor show with NO RAIN DATE. You may bring a tent.

3. The entry fees $60.00 NON REFUNDABLE!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!

4. Artists & Craftsmen shall be limited in displaying their ORIGINAL works.

5. ONE AND ONLY ONE photograph is required.

6. Deadline for applications is April 15, 2008 notifications will be mailed around May 15, 2008. NO confirmation notices are sent (look for your canceled checks).

7. The Faire Committee is not responsible for the liability of exhibitors or their works.

8. The exhibitor is responsible for the collection of Virginia State sales tax.

9. Exhibitors shall remit:

1. Check for $60.00
2. One and only on photograph of their craft or
display
3. Self addresses BUSINESS sized envelope with
sufficient postage (at least 2 stamps).
